Job summary

Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd. (MHRIL) is seeking a Senior Manager – Ethics to strengthen integrity, accountability, and ethical conduct across the organization. You will lead ethics investigations, ensure POSH compliance, drive awareness, and support governance initiatives that reinforce values-driven culture.

You will collaborate with HR and leadership to manage case records, generate leadership reports, and deliver training programs across the group.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Ethics, Compliance, HR, Employee Relations, Investigations, or Legal Support.
• Strong understanding of POSH regulations and corporate ethics frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• High integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Experience in conducting investigations and preparing leadership reports.
