Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services in Navi Mumbai seeks an experienced estimator for fire protection projects. You will review drawings, prepare QTO/BOQ/BOM, and estimate materials, labor, and subcontractor costs while coordinating with vendors throughout the estimation and tendering process.

The role requires knowledge of NFPA standards, hydraulic calculations, and hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and MS Office to create accurate bids and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Fire Protection Systems including sprinkler, hydrant, foam, CO, FM-200.
• Understanding of hydraulic calculations and fire protection system design.
• Knowledge of NFPA standards and local fire regulations.
• Experience with tendering, bidding, and cost estimation for fire protection projects.
