Job summary

A G Corporation is seeking a technically competent Fire Fighting Project Engineer to manage execution, supervision, coordination, and completion of fire-fighting projects on site. You will ensure activities align with drawings, specifications, quality standards and timelines.

The role requires a Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Fire & Safety / Civil and 25 years of experience in fire-fighting / MEP project execution, with strong knowledge of hydrant, sprinkler, pump and piping systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Fire & Safety / Civil or relevant engineering discipline.
• 25 years of experience in fire-fighting / MEP project execution.
• Good knowledge of fire hydrant, sprinkler, fire pump, and piping systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise fire-fighting system installation and project execution at site.
• Study and understand fire-fighting layouts, shop drawings, BOQ, specifications, and technical documents.
• Supervise installation of fire-fighting systems such as Fire hydrant, sprinkler, pumps, wet riser and downcomer, hoses, tanks, and related equipment.
• Monitor manpower, material availability, site progress, and daily project activities.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with applicable fire-safety standards, project specifications, and client requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality and safety standards.
• Support preparation of as-built drawings and final project documentation.
• Attend client/consultant meetings and provide project updates.
• Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline, quality, and budget.
