Responsibilities

• Working with sales team to know the proposals
• Maintaining the old quotations to retain the same prices
• Preparing quotations on time
• Preparing drawings
• Maintaining AMC reports
• Providing AMC proposal when the warranty period is completed
• Checking with the distributors for the updated purchase price
• Coordinate with the sales team and based on their requirement we share the proposals and documents
• Be in constant touch with OEM's & distributors to get the best prices in the market
• Maintain the quotation of every client and follow up periodically
• On time preparation of quote and share the same with the client
• To know the exact locations of the systems to be installed, drawings should be made on priority
• Maintain the records of drawings for present and future reference
• Follow up with our technical team to do AMC visits on time
• Maintaining the AMC document
• Asking to provide invoice on time
• Providing AMC proposals
• Preparing AMC proposals and sending it to the client as per their requirement
