Job summary

JK Maini Precision Technology in Bengaluru seeks a skilled Mechanical Engineer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in turning, milling and grinding. You will review RFQs, coordinate with purchases, and help define process flows and cycle times.

The role requires familiarity with material grades and heat/surface treatments, plus proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling, and MS Office/Google Workspace to prepare estimates and communicate with the cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering.
• 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of turning, milling and grinding processes; heat treatment and surface treatment exposure.

Responsibilities

• Review RFQs received from Marketing for contents and inputs.
• Send enquiries to purchase for materials, job work, etc., and to machine/equipment suppliers.
• Discuss with CFT, define process flow and estimate cycle times and prepare estimated cost for review.
