Job summary

Carryfast in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, is seeking an ERP Operator to manage monthly and daily MIS reports generated from SAP/ERP/Oracle, and handle invoicing, sales order tracking, and coordination with customers and sales teams.

The ideal candidate will have graduation or diploma in computer studies, strong data analysis and inventory management knowledge, and good communication and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation or Certification / diploma in computer.
• Experience in preparing MIS reports from SAP/ERP/Oracle/others.
• Knowledge of inventory management and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze daily MIS reports from SAP/ERP/Oracle and other sources.
• Generate invoices and track sales orders.
• Handle sales returns and reporting.
• LR & POD acknowledgement tracking / monitoring.
• Dispatch tracking and mail follow-ups.
• Coordinate with customers, sales team and Principal Company.
• Internal coordination with team.
• Monthly: Generate MIS reports, freight bill generation, and expenses control.
• Self and process audit / stock audit; stock count reports and recounts if mismatch.

DAILY BASIS

DESCRIPTION OF JOB

• Preparation and analysis of monthly and daily MIS reports independently based on information retrieved from SAP / ERP / Oracle / others.
• Generating invoice.
• Tracking sales order
• Handling sales return and reporting.
• LR & POD acknowledgement tracking / monitoring.
• Dispatch tracking
• Taking follow up on mails.
• Coordination with customers, sales team and Principal Company.
• Internal coordination with team.

MONTHLY BASIS

• Generate MIS report
• Freight bill generation / Expenses control.
• Self and process audit/ Self stock audit.
• Generate stock count report and if any mismatch is found then give for recount
