Job summary

Carryfast is seeking an ERP Operator in India to prepare and analyze MIS reports, generate invoices, and ensure GST/compliance. The role involves tracking sales orders, handling returns, and coordinating with customers and the sales team while maintaining internal coordination.

The candidate should have 2–3 years of experience, a graduation or diploma in computer, and proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Graduation or Diploma in Computer or related field.
• 2–3 years of work experience in ERP / MIS reporting.
• GST knowledge and e-way bill experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly and daily MIS reports from SAP/ERP/Oracle.
• Generate invoices and track GST/compliance including e-way bill.
• Track sales orders and manage sales returns and LR/POD acknowledgment.
• Dispatch and freight tracking; maintain follow-ups on emails.
• Coordinate with customers, sales team and principal company; internal coordination with team.
• Monthly tasks: generate MIS reports; freight bill generation and expenses control; stock audit and recounts if needed.

ERP Operator:

• Preparation and analysis of monthly and daily MIS reports independently based on information retrieved from SAP / ERP / Oracle / others.
• Generating invoice.
• GST practical knowledge is must / e-way bill generation.
• Tracking sales order
• Handling sales return and reporting.
• LR & POD acknowledgement tracking / monitoring.
• Dispatch tracking
• Taking follow up on mails.
• Coordination with customers, sales team and Principal Company.
• Internal coordination with team.

MONTHLY BASIS

• Generate MIS report
• Freight bill generation / Expenses control.
• Self and process audit/ Self stock audit.
• Generate stock count report and if any mismatch is found then give for recount

EDUCATION AND OTHER QUALIFICATION

Graduation and Certification /diploma in computer
