Job summary

Actylis seeks an experienced ERP Manager to oversee configuration, maintenance, and strategic use of our multi-ERP landscape. This hybrid role leads cross-functional teams and aligns ERP with finance, inventory, and manufacturing goals.

Responsibilities include system upgrades, integrations with CRM/WMS/BI tools, training, and driving adoption and automation across operations. Strong Sage X3, SAP B1 Hana, and Syspro knowledge is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/IS or related field.
• 10+ years total experience; 5+ years with Sage X3 administration.
• Demonstrated ERP project leadership or ERP support management.
• Strong understanding of finance, manufacturing, PM or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department leaders to align ERP with business processes.
• Monitor upgrades, patches, integrations, data integrity, performance.
• Oversee integration with CRM, WMS, BI tools via web services or middleware.
• Develop and deliver user training and support for effective usage.
• Drive user adoption and system utilization, identify automation opportunities.
• Provide Sage X3 configuration support for company structures.
• Manage Sage X3 environments including production and testing.
• Oversee SAP B1 Hana and Syspro ERP systems management.

Position Summary

The ERP Team Lead will be experienced and technically proficient to oversee the configuration, maintenance and strategic utilization of our multi-legislative ERP systems

This hybrid role combines technical administration with business process leadership and will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring system alignment with business goals, and driving efficiency across operations in finance, inventory and manufacturing modules

Responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with department leaders (finance, operations, manufacturing, sales) to align ERP capabilities with business processes
• Monitor system upgrades, patches, integrations, and ensure data integrity and system performance
• Oversee integration with other systems, (eg CRM, WMS, BiTools) via web services or middleware
• Develop and deliver user training and support to ensure effective system usage
• Ensure high levels of user adoption and system utilization
• Identify and drive opportunities for automation and process improvement using the ERP system
• Provide technical support for Sage ERP related to configuration of company structures, accounting models, problem resolution, development
• Manage and maintain Sage X3 environments including production and testing
• Oversee management of SAP B1 Hana and Syspro ERP systems
• Other duties as assigned

Required Experience Knowledge

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information System, or related field
• Overall 10+ years of experience, 5+ years of hands-on experience with Sage X3, including system administration and module configuration, with a strong track record of success
• Proven leadership experience in ERP project management or ERP support team management
• Strong understanding of business processes in finance, manufacturing, project management or supply chain

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, ETC:

• Experience with system integrations
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with change management and user adoption strategies
• Experience with multi-legislation environments
• Knowledge of SQL, Crystal Reports
• Knowledge of Sage version 12 and its web-based architecture
• Experience with SAP B1 on Hana or Syspro a plus
