Job summary

Genxhire Services in Delhi seeks an experienced ERP Lead to drive business/process studies across multiple companies and functions, bridging stakeholders with ERP partners and shaping implementation plans, milestones and governance.

You will coordinate data readiness, process mapping, UAT and migration, ensure alignment with actual business needs, track risks and progress, and drive user adoption, training and post-go-live stabilization.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP business/process study across multiple companies and functions.
• Understand existing processes and identify gaps, standardization opportunities and system requirements.
• Act as the central bridge between business stakeholders and ERP implementation partners.
• Drive implementation plans, milestones, ownership and governance.
• Coordinate functional teams for data readiness, process mapping, UAT and migration.
• Ensure implementation is aligned with actual business requirements rather than only system configuration.
• Track risks, dependencies and implementation progress and provide clear visibility to leadership.
• Drive user adoption, training and post-go-live stabilization.
