Job summary

Projense Systems is seeking an ERP/CRM Business Analyst to bridge business requirements with technical teams for successful implementation. You will analyze processes across MM, SD, Consumption, Production, Inventory, and Accounting and configure system workflows accordingly.

Responsibilities include leading BRD/FRD creation, performing As-Is/To-Be analysis, and coordinating data migration, user training, and deployment through Go-Live and stabilization phases.

ERP/CRM Business Analyst Implementation & Solution Delivery

• Analyze business requirements and convert them into ERP/CRM functional solutions.
• Work across MM, SD, Consumption, Production, Inventory, and Accounting processes.
• Configure system processes based on business requirements and coordinate solution development.
• Act as a bridge between business users, developers, testers, and implementation teams.
• Support the complete implementation lifecycle from requirement gathering to Go-Live.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements and prepare BRD/FRD/process flows.
• Perform As-Is / To-Be process analysis and identify process gaps.
• Configure ERP/CRM modules for MM, SD, Consumption, Production, Inventory, and Accounting.
• Define functional specifications and coordinate with developers for required custom solutions.
• Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and UAT plans.
• Perform functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and support defect resolution.
• Coordinate master data preparation, migration, user training, and deployment activities.
• Support UAT, Go-Live, and post-Go-Live stabilization.
• Analyze production issues and provide functional solutions/root-cause analysis.
• Prepare user manuals, process documentation, and training materials.
• Coordinate with business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope and timeline.
