  • Lead the finance ERP roadmap, enhancements, and system optimization initiatives.
  • Manage ERP implementation, upgrade, migration, and transformation projects.
  • Gather and analyse business requirements from finance stakeholders.
  • Configure and maintain finance modules such as GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Budgeting & Forecasting, Financial Consolidation.
  • Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams during project execution.
  • Ensure ERP workflows support financial controls and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking.

Job Summary

The Finance ERP Lead is responsible for managing, implementing, optimizing, and supporting the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for finance and accounting functions. This role acts as the bridge between Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure efficient financial processes, system integration, compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement of ERP capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
ERP Strategy & Governance
  • Lead the finance ERP roadmap, enhancements, and system optimization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business leaders to align ERP capabilities with organizational goals.
  • Define ERP governance, standards, and best practices.
ERP Implementation & Support
  • Manage ERP implementation, upgrade, migration, and transformation projects.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from finance stakeholders.
  • Configure and maintain finance modules such as:
    • General Ledger (GL)
    • Accounts Payable (AP)
    • Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • Fixed Assets
    • Cash Management
    • Budgeting & Forecasting
    • Financial Consolidation
  • Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams during project execution.
Financial Process Management
  • Evaluate and improve end-to-end finance processes.
  • Ensure ERP workflows support financial controls and operational efficiency.
  • Drive process standardization and automation initiatives.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking mechanisms.
  • Support statutory, management, and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems.
System Integration & Data Management
  • Manage integrations between ERP and other business systems such as HRMS, Payroll, Procurement, CRM, and Banking platforms.
  • Oversee master data governance and data quality controls.
  • Support data migration and reconciliation activities.
Compliance & Controls
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory policies.
  • Support internal and external audits related to ERP and financial systems.
  • Implement appropriate security roles and segregation-of-duty controls.
Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for finance ERP-related matters.
  • Provide user training, documentation, and change management support.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project updates effectively.
