Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Functional ERPNext Consultant to lead end-to-end ERPNext implementations. The role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to analyze business requirements, design ERPNext-based solutions, configure modules, and ensure successful project delivery. You will be instrumental in optimizing clients’ business processes and ensuring seamless adoption of ERPNext solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
• Design, configure, and customize ERPNext modules to align with business processes and objectives.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend effective solutions to bridge functional gaps within the ERPNext system.
• Perform system testing, create and execute test scripts, and ensure delivery quality and accuracy.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support to ensure smooth system adoption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in coordination with technical and development teams.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ERPNext versions, features, and community updates, providing recommendations for system enhancements.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery within defined scope and budget.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, workflows, and customizations.
