Job summary

eDominer is seeking candidates for its Delhi NCR location to drive end-to-end ERP implementation for manufacturing clients. The role covers functional testing, reporting, project management, client training, and post go-live support.

It requires MCom or MBA (Finance) and 2–5 years of ERP/Finance experience. Responsibilities include client communication, collaboration with ERP teams, data migration, GAP analysis, and enabling clients to use the ERP system effectively.

• 2–5 years in ERP/Finance.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with potential clients using strong communication and convincing skills.
• Collaborate with ERP core team, internal implementing and support team, and technical developers.
• Apply ERP implementation knowledge in the manufacturing industry, including functional testing, hyper support, reporting, project management, and end-user training.
• Understand customer business processes and implement them in the software.
• Conduct GAP analysis and document findings.
• Configure client data into the system based on client requirements.
• Train clients on the ERP system.
• Plan and develop reporting solutions based on client requirements.
• Verify, correct, and validate master data.
• Suggest business process changes and solutions to accommodate the ERP system.
• Educate users on best practices for working with the system.
• Assist with data migration.
• Test the ERP system.
• Provide post go-live support and handover.
