Job summary

Hiring Squad in Noida is seeking a dedicated ERP Functional Consultant to understand client requirements and support end-to-end ERP implementations in the packaging/manufacturing sector.

You will bridge business needs with ERP capabilities, configure modules, test, deploy, and train end-users, with travel to client sites as required.

The position includes on-site assignments, initial training, and a focus on safeguarding project investments as described in the offer terms.

Qualifications

• Candidate would be required to travel.
• Implementation of ERP normally takes around 3-4 months at one place.
• Boarding & Lodging at client site would be taken care of by the company.
• Candidate would be provided with high level training during the initial 3-4 months.
• Output from the candidate during those 3-4 months would be zero. Hence to safeguard our investment we want the candidate to deposit his original documents( 10th/12th/Degree certificates) with us for a period of 2 years.
• To safeguard candidates interest it would be clearly mentioned in the offer letter the increment he would be entitled after 1 year.
