Job summary

Isuite Software Solutions seeks a dynamic ERP Consultant to drive end-to-end implementation projects, map client processes to iSuite ERP, and deliver effective training. The role includes providing functional support, performing UAT, and coordinating with development for customizations.

The candidate will conduct BRD/FRS, analyze processes, and guide customers through go-live and hypercare, ensuring successful deployments and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Complete ERP Implementation Projects and map customer processes to iSuite ERP.
• Provide functional support to customers via phone, email, remote sessions, and onsite visits.
• Conduct end-user and administrator training and prepare user manuals and SOPs.
• Analyze existing business processes and suggest ERP best practices.
• During customer lifecycle, perform requirement gathering, solution demonstration, gap analysis, configuration, master data setup, go-live and hypercare support, AMC support, and enhancement management.

Role & responsibilities

ERP Implementation:

• Participate in Complete ERP Implementation Projects
• Understand Customer Business Processes and map them to iSuite ERP
• Conduct Requirement gathering sessions with customers
• Configure ERP modules as per Client requirements
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS)
• Coordinate with Development team for the Customization requirements
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Ensure successful ERP deployment and Go-live

Customer Support

• Provide functional support to customers through phone, email, remote sessions, and onsite visits.
• Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Log, track, and close customer support tickets.
• Coordinate with technical teams for bug fixes and enhancements.
• Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Training & Documentation

• Conduct end-user and administrator training.
• Prepare user manuals and training documents.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Assist customers during system adoption.

Business Process Consulting

• Analyze existing business processes.
• Recommend ERP best practices.
• Identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvements.
• Suggest process optimization using iSuite ERP features.
