Job summary

Jindal Institute Medical Sciences invites an experienced Microsoft Dynamics ERP Administrator to manage and support ERP applications across Finance, Procurement, Inventory and HR. You will ensure system availability, implement configurations, and coordinate with partners for updates and enhancements.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of Dynamics ERP modules, hands-on experience with SQL-based reporting (Power BI/SSRS), and excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics ERP modules.
• Knowledge of Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Fixed Assets, or Supply Chain modules.
• Experience in ERP implementation, user support, testing (UAT), and change management.
• Good understanding of ERP workflows, business processes, and reporting.
• Experience working with SQL-based reporting, Power BI, or SSRS is an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and ERP implementation partners.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and support Microsoft ERP applications across business functions.
• Manage day-to-day ERP operations and ensure smooth system availability.
• Coordinate with business users to understand requirements and provide functional support.
• Troubleshoot ERP application issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Create and manage user accounts, roles, security permissions, and access controls.
• Coordinate with Microsoft ERP implementation partners and vendors for issue Resolution, software updates, patches, and enhancements.
• Assist in ERP configuration, customization testing (UAT), module implementation, and deployment.
• Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and business reports as required by management.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality within the ERP application.
• Prepare SOPs, user manuals, training materials, and technical documentation.
• Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing functional support.
• Monitor ERP system performance and recommend process improvements.
• Support ERP integration with HR, Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Payroll, Asset Management, CRM, and other enterprise applications.
• Maintain incident logs, change requests, and service tickets.
• Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies, data security standards, and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors for continuous ERP improvements.
