Job summary

XEXAGON is seeking an experienced ERP implementation specialist to assist in the end-to-end rollout of Odoo across departments such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, and Accounting. You will collaborate with partners and internal teams to map existing processes into Odoo workflows and manage master data uploads, data validation, and UAT.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation across business functions.
• Coordinate with implementation partners and internal stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.

• Participate in requirement gathering, GAP analysis, and solution discussions.
• Prepare, verify, and upload master data (Customers, Vendors, Items, BOM, Employees, COA).
• Ensure data accuracy before migration and perform UAT for ERP modules.
