Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in enterprise systems or IT solutions.
• Proven experience leading ERP implementation projects, especially FI and SD modules.

Job description

The role holder is primarily responsible for business partnering with the key stakeholders in business as well as to ensure smooth functioning of IT operations / platforms in his/her area.

He / she is responsible for contributing to the design, implementation, and support of enterprise applications to optimize business processes, enhance user experience, and ensure seamless integration across systems. This role involves working closely with business users, internal IT teams, and external vendors to ensure systems are stable, data flows smoothly, and enhancements are implemented effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

ERP Application Management

• Perform the tasks as planned in the design, configuration, and implementation of ERP platforms mainly SAP.
• Supervise and ensure that ERP systems are aligned with overall guidelines
• Create application tables, panels, and reports to meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency.
• Configure, implement and ensure maintenance of the ERP system Finance (FI) Module and Sales and Distribution (SD) module at the core and other enterprise applications.
• Ensure integration of enterprise systems with peripheral systems, including banking interfaces and e-commerce platforms.
• Manage the migration, upgrades, integrations, and rollout of application modules to improve system functionality and support business objectives.
• Develop structured and normalized data models, queries, and dashboards
• Provide L1/L2 functional and coordination support for SAP and connected systems (FI, SD, MM modules).
• Coordinate with external support vendors to resolve incidents, bugs, and configuration issues and ensure data accuracy

System Enhancement and Change Management

• Assist in gathering business requirements, preparing functional specs, and testing minor changes or enhancements.
• Support the execution of UAT and go-live activities for changes in enterprise applications.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), functional testing, and performance testing across ERP modules and applications.
• Ensure adherence to protocols for diagnosing and resolving issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Work closely with QA teams, developers, and business users to address system bugs and performance issues.

User Training and Documentation

• Assist in preparing user manuals, quick reference guides, and system documentation.
• Provide basic user training and support onboarding for new users.

Stakeholder Engagement & Governance

• Business partnering and ensure effective support to users and key stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with governance standards, change control processes, and documentation practices.
• Help ensure master data consistency across SAP and other enterprise systems
• Support periodic access reviews, data audits, and compliance reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in computer science, Information Security, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in enterprise systems or IT solutions.
• Proven experience in leading ERP implementation projects specially FI and SD modules.
