Hiring Squad in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking an ERP Implementation Executive (Functional Consultant) to lead end-to-end deployments for client manufacturing sites. The role focuses on requirement gathering, module configuration, testing, and user training, with on-site presence at client locations and responsive post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• MBA (Finance), MCom, BCom, BBA or semi-qualified CA/CS/CWA.
• Male candidates, below 35 years.
• Willingness to travel for 3–4 months deployment at client sites.
• Strong accounting/finance fundamentals and client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP deployments at client manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities

• ERP Implementation: Lead and support end-to-end ERP solution deployments at client manufacturing sites.
• Requirement Analysis: Interact with client stakeholders to gather business requirements and map them efficiently into system functional modules.
• Configuration & Testing: Configure, test, and deploy functional ERP modules aligned with client-specific operational processes.
• Lifecycle Support & Training: Assist across all phases Requirement Gathering, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Go-Live, and post-implementation. Conduct user training and create comprehensive process documentation.
• Technical Coordination & Desk Support: Collaborate with internal development teams for custom module requests and issue resolution. Provide functional support to active clients from the Noida office when not on travel assignments.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

• Educational Background: MBA (Finance), MCom, BCom, BBA, or Semi-Qualified CA/CS/CWA.
• Gender & Age: Male candidates only, below 35 years of age.
• Mobility & Travel: High willingness to travel for extended periods. Implementation cycles typically run 3 to 4 months at a single client site.
• Skills: Strong fundamentals in accounting/finance, logical problem-solving, and professional communication skills for client management.

Compensation, Incentives & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 per month (based on qualification and skill set).
• Location-Based Travel Incentives (Additional to Fixed Pay):
  • India & Nepal: +25% of monthly fixed salary during client-site deployment.
  • Middle East & Sri Lanka: +50% of monthly fixed salary during client-site deployment.
  • Africa: +100% of monthly fixed salary during client-site deployment.
• Travel & Stay: Complete boarding and lodging arrangements at client locations are provided and managed by the company.
• Guaranteed Growth: Guaranteed 1-year performance/increment structure explicitly documented in the official offer letter.

Terms & Employment Conditions

This requirement is mandatory and non-negotiable.

• Initial Training: Candidates undergo 3 to 4 months of intensive, high-level functional training upon joining.
• Document Retention Terms: To safeguard the organization's investment during the zero-output training period, candidates must deposit their original academic certificates (10th, 12th, and Degree certificates) with the company for a mandatory period of 2 years.

• Working Days: All Sundays Off | 1st & 3rd Saturdays Off
