Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented ERP Associate to support the implementation, stabilization, and ongoing management of the ERP system across the organization. The role will act as a bridge between business users and the ERP implementation partner, ensuring that business requirements are accurately captured, configured, tested, and deployed.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Implementation Support

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand, document, and map business processes across departments.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for the ERP vendor.
• Participate in process workshops, requirement discussions, and solution design sessions.
• Assist in defining workflows, approval hierarchies, business rules, and system configurations.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and ERP capabilities.

Vendor Coordination

• Act as the primary coordination point between Brick2Wall and the ERP implementation partner.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines.
• Follow up with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely completion of project activities.
• Escalate implementation challenges and risks proactively.

Testing & Deployment

• Prepare test scenarios and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify, document, and track system issues until resolution.
• Validate configurations and ensure system readiness before go-live.
• Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.

User Support & Training

• Provide first-level support to ERP users post-implementation.
• Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution and system enhancements.
• Create user guides, SOPs, training materials, and process documentation.
• Conduct user training sessions and support change management initiatives.

Continuous Improvement

• Monitor ERP adoption and recommend process improvements.
• Identify opportunities for automation and system optimization.
• Maintain system documentation, process maps, and knowledge repositories.
• Assist in future ERP modules, integrations, and enhancement projects.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Applications, Business Administration, Commerce, or related discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in ERP implementation, ERP support, business process mapping, or project coordination.
• Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, NetSuite, ERPNext, or similar systems.
• Exposure to manufacturing, operations, supply chain, finance, or business process environments will be advantageous.
