Job summary

Freedom Software Solutions Pvt Ltd in Chennai is seeking an ERP Implementation Engineer to implement ERP software at customer locations, configure and deploy per requirements, and understand business processes to gather implementation needs.

You will train end users, coordinate with internal teams, support go-live, and maintain project documentation while willing to travel to client sites across industries.

• Experience in implementing ERP software or similar projects.

• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good understanding of ERP software and business processes.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases is an added advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
