• Train staff on ERP features through presentations and video recordings.
• Implement new developments in Veracross and related modules.
• Maintain real-time ERP updates and data integrity across departments.
• Train administrative departments on Veracross access rights and reports.
• Design ERP reports for management and address data integrity issues.

Pathways School Noida is looking for a ERP Coordinator to join our IT Team. The candidate should be a Graduate and should have at least 5-6 years of similar experience.

Candidate should have effective communication skills for dealing with students and teachers, and should be a team player, energetic, highly motivated and self-directed.

Brief Job Description, but not limited to:

• Provide support to all ERP user queries via telephone and email.
• Ensure that quality of service is maintained at the level of excellence and all issues are responded within 24 hours.
• Resolve the day to day troubleshooting of ERP modules.
• Testing the new development and keeping an eye on the detailed features of the module.
• Provide training at regular interval on existing and new features introduced in ERP to academic team like students, teachers, coordinators, principal, director through presentation and video recording
• Implement the new development in Veracross and toddle.
• Get all the ERP updated in real time so that there is transparency in system.
• Train the various administrative departments like Accounts, Admission, HR, Transportation, Maintenance and Healthcare on Veracross.
• Devising ways to improve the user manual of both ERP so that its updated in context to requirement of IB world school.
• Manage the school database and enable the access rights as per requirement of users.
• Design reports from ERP database as per requirement of middle and top level management.
• Resolve the data integrity issue on regular basis so that the ERP system is running smoothly.
