Job summary

Evergreen Enterprises, based in Tamil Nadu, seeks an ERP Coordinator with 3–5 years of ERP implementation and support experience in construction projects. You will coordinate ERP rollout across head office and project sites, align processes in project management, procurement, inventory, HR and finance, and provide both site-level and HO ERP support.

The role requires strong collaboration with ERP developers/partners, user training, UAT, and the creation of SOPs and process documents to improve

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in ERP coordination / implementation / functional support.
• Experience in construction / infrastructure / EPC / plant & machinery is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate between business users and software developers.
• Comfortable interacting with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Stores, Purchase, Accounts, HR and Developers.

• Understand construction-sector processes: Project Management, Purchase, Stores, P&M, Inventory, Subcontractor, Accounts and HR.

• Prepare functional requirements and process flows for the development team.
• Monitor progress and ensure timelines.

We offer Solutions to Hydro Power projects, Dams, Tunnels, & Solar Power Plants, Commercial Buildings and other civil engineering works. We also supply construction equipment in India and abroad also.

We have diversified our activities into drilling, grouting works such as TAM grouting, Consolidation grouting, Curtain grouting, Tunnel Contact Grouting, Slope Stabilization works such as Rock Anchors, Rock Bolting, Self Drilling Anchors (SDA), Shotcreting, Rock Fall barriers, High Tensile Mitigation, Micro piling, Ground anchors, Prestressing and other Civil works. Job Description

Position: ERP Coordinator Industry: Construction / Infrastructure Experience: 3– 5 years in ERP implementation/support, preferably in the construction sector

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate ERP implementation and rollout across Head Office and project sites.
• Understand construction-sector processes such as Project Management, Purchase, Stores, P&M, Inventory, Subcontractor, Accounts and HR .
• Provide site-level ERP support , including user assistance, issue identification and process guidance.
• Provide Head Office ERP support and coordinate with different departments for system requirements.
• Coordinate with ERP developers / implementation partners for new features, modifications, bug fixing and system improvements.
• Collect requirements from users and convert them into functional requirements / process flows for the development team.
• Monitor implementation progress and ensure activities are completed as per agreed timelines.
• Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinate user feedback before deployment.
• Prepare and maintain SOPs, user guides, process documents and training materials .
• Conduct ERP training and provide onboarding support to site and HO users.
• Track ERP issues through an Issue / Ticket Tracker and ensure timely closure.
• Identify gaps between existing business processes and ERP functionality and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate master data creation and validation , including material, vendor, employee, project, cost center and other relevant masters.
• Monitor data quality and ensure proper ERP transaction discipline at project sites.
• Support ERP integration with MIS, dashboards, reporting and automation tools .
• Prepare periodic reports on implementation status, pending issues, user adoption and system performance .
• Travel to project sites when required for implementation, training and operational support.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in ERP coordination / implementation / functional support.
• Construction / Infrastructure / EPC / Plant & Machinery industry experience is preferred.
• Should have practical understanding of site and Head Office operations .
• Experience coordinating between business users and software developers .
• Knowledge of Purchase, Stores, Inventory, P&M, Projects and Finance processes will be an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Should be comfortable interacting with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Stores, Purchase, Accounts, HR and Developers .
• Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
• Preference: Candidates based in Tamil Nadu.
