The ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Coordinator manages, monitors, and supports the university’s ERP system to ensure smooth integration of administrative, academic, and financial processes. This role bridges technical operations with end‑user support, ensuring that staff, faculty, and students can efficiently use the system.
Maintain and update the university ERP system modules (e.g., Student Information, Finance, HR, Procurement). Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IT or ERP vendors for technical support. Ensure ERP system compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements. Implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Serve as the primary contact for ERP‑related queries from staff, faculty, and students. Provide technical support and resolve operational issues in a timely manner. Conduct training sessions for end‑users on system functionality and new features. Develop user manuals, SOPs, and training materials.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across ERP modules. Generate reports and dashboards for academic, administrative, and financial decision‑making. Assist departments in extracting, analyzing, and interpreting ERP data for institutional research, planning, and reporting purposes.
Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate ERP with other university systems. Evaluate system workflows and recommend process improvements. Test and validate new modules, customizations, and system enhancements before deployment. Maintain documentation for ERP processes, workflows, and system changes.
Participate in ERP implementation, upgrade, or migration projects. Coordinate cross‑departmental activities related to ERP rollouts and enhancements. Monitor timelines, deliverables, and post‑implementation support.
Maintain system access controls and user permissions. Ensure ERP system adheres to data protection policies and cybersecurity standards. Conduct periodic audits to verify data integrity and compliance.
