Job summary

Walkins - Yashoda Hospitals, Secunderabad invites candidates for an entry-level role in the Emergency Department registration desk. You will handle pre-registration and in-department registration, collect patient details, and coordinate with doctors, nursing, and billing teams to ensure smooth workflow.

The position requires basic computer skills, accurate data entry, and a patient-centric approach. Freshers may apply; weekend/night shifts are possible as per hospital needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle patient pre-registration and registration activities at the Emergency Department.
• Collect and verify basic patient information and required details.

• Assist in creating and updating patient records in the Hospital Information System (HIS).
• Guide patients and attendants regarding the registration and billing process.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely data entry.
• Support smooth patient movement and coordination within the Emergency Department.
• Handle patient and attendant queries politely and escalate concerns when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow hospital policies.
• Support the ER team during peak hours and emergency situations.
• Ensure compliance with hospital procedures and NABH standards.
