Job summary

DSP Eminence in Pune seeks an experienced Equity Dealer to execute buy/sell orders across Equity, F&O, Currency and Commodity segments. You will provide live market updates, insights, and manage a diverse client base including retail and HNI, while ensuring timely trade execution.

The role requires 15 years of broking experience and mandatory NISM Series VIII certification, with proficient use of ODIN/NEST/NEAT trading terminals. Strong client relations and compliance awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 15 years of experience as an Equity Dealer or in a similar role within a broking firm.
• Mandatory NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) Certification.
• Good understanding of Equity, F&O, Currency, and Commodity markets.
• Experience using trading terminals such as ODIN, NEST, or NEAT is preferred.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute buy and sell orders for clients in Equity, F&O, Currency, and Commodity segments.
• Ensure timely and error-free trade execution through approved trading platforms.
• Provide live market updates, trading ideas, and investment insights to clients.
• Handle retail, HNI, and active trading clients efficiently.
• Monitor client portfolios, margins, MTM, and trading positions.
• Resolve client queries related to trading, settlements, margins, and account operations.
• Cross-sell financial products such as Mutual Funds, IPOs, Bonds, SIPs, PMS, and Insurance.
• Activate dormant clients and increase trading volumes.
• Maintain proper trade records and coordinate with Risk, Operations, and Compliance teams.
• Ensure adherence to SEBI, NSE/BSE, and internal compliance policies.
