NIFM - Stock Market Institute is looking for an experienced Equity Dealer in Delhi. The role involves executing buy and sell orders, confirming trades, and ensuring high trading volumes.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent analytical skills, communicate effectively in English and local languages, and have a valid NISM 8 certification. The position offers a competitive salary of up to 5 LPA and opportunities for business expansion.

Responsibilities

• Execute the orders on behalf of clients.
• Confirm trades by the end of day.
• Ensure trade volume is high and clients trade frequently.
• Promote research calls to increase volume.
• Process and confirm trades daily.
• Punch orders for clients on NSE/BSE terminals.
• Engage in online trading and generate brokerage for the company.
• Re-activate and provide services to clients.
• Resolve customer queries.
• Focus on generating new business and expanding client base.
• Ensure all activities comply with the Compliance framework.
• Accelerate client base and sales of third-party products.

Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills

Ability to speak in local language and English

Strong product knowledge and understanding of capital markets

Possession of the latest NISM 8 (Equity) certificate

Understanding of the local market and captive client base

Basic computer skills including email and Microsoft Office

Education

Graduate from a recognized university or college
