Qualifications

• NISM 8 & 25A certification mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Execute equity and derivatives trades accurately on behalf of clients, in line with regulatory guidelines
• Monitor live market movements and provide real-time updates to clients to support informed trading decisions
• Understand clients investment objectives, risk appetite, and financial goals to provide market insights and investment recommendations
• Address client queries related to portfolio performance, statements, and trading-related concerns
• Operate trading terminals with proficiency
• Provide real-time order updates and confirmations to clients over recorded communication lines
• Maintain accurate trade execution records and client interaction logs using CRM tools
• Ensure strict adherence to Risk Management, Settlement, and Compliance protocols
• Comply with SEBI regulations, exchange rules, and internal company policies
• Responsible for acquiring new clients for opening demat accounts and cross-selling of allied products
• Keep abreast of market news and financial trends
• Achieve healthy revenues targets without compromising client profitability

• Address client queries related to portfolio performance, account statements, and trading-related concerns

• Maintain accurate trade execution records and client interaction logs using internal CRM tools
