Job summary

Sbicap Securities is seeking a client-facing expert to execute equity and derivatives trades for clients in India. You will monitor markets, provide insights, and address portfolio inquiries to support informed decisions.

You will operate trading terminals, furnish real-time order confirmations, and maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with SEBI rules and internal policies. The role also involves acquiring new clients for demat accounts and cross-selling financial products.

Qualifications

• NISM certifications are mandatory for this role.
• Strong communication and client-facing abilities required.
• Ability to explain information clearly and convincingly.

Responsibilities

• Execute equity and derivatives trades accurately on behalf of clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Execute equity and derivatives trades accurately on behalf of clients, in line with regulatory guidelines
• Monitor live market movements and provide real-time updates to clients to support informed trading decisions
• Understand clients investment objectives, risk appetite, and financial goals to provide market insights and investment recommendations to clients based on companies research reports
• Address client queries related to portfolio performance, account statements, and trading-related concerns
• Operate trading terminals with proficiency
• Provide real-time order updates and confirmations to clients over recorded communication lines
• Maintain accurate trade execution records and client interaction logs using internal CRM tools
• Ensure strict adherence to Risk Management, Settlement, and Compliance protocols
• Comply with SEBI regulations, exchange rules, and internal company policies
• Responsible for acquiring new clients for opening demat accounts and cross-selling of allied products such as mutual funds, insurance, and other investment instruments to existing clients
• Keep abreast of the market news, financial trends and current affairs
• To achieve healthy revenues targets without compromising on clients profitability
