About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Equity Dealer to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of equity markets, trading platforms, and market regulations. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and managing proprietary equity trades using the company's own capital, monitoring market movements, analysing trading performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute equity trades using the company's proprietary funds with speed, accuracy, and discipline.
• Monitor live market trends, stock movements, and trading opportunities throughout the trading day.
• Manage and support trading activities across the company's internal trading portfolios.
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute daily market insights and trading performance reports.
• Analyze market data and trading performance to identify opportunities for improved returns and effective risk management.
• Ensure strict adherence to SEBI regulations, exchange guidelines, and internal compliance policies.
• Coordinate with research and operations teams to execute trading strategies efficiently.
• Maintain accurate trading records, reports, and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• *Mandatory Certification:* Valid *NISM Series VIII: Equity Derivatives Certification* (must be active and not expired).
• 13 years of experience in equity dealing, proprietary trading, stock trading, capital markets, or a similar role.
• Good understanding of equity markets, trading strategies, and financial instruments.
• Hands-on experience with trading platforms such as NSE NOW, ODIN, or similar trading terminals.
• Familiarity with SEBI regulations, exchange compliance, and market operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other trading/reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
