Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor daily EPP production activities to achieve production schedules and customer requirements.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, materials, and other resources.
• Monitor production performance, productivity, rejection levels, and machine efficiency.
• Coordinate with Quality department to ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to production processes, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Lead and supervise shop-floor personnel and promote a safe and disciplined working environment.
• Coordinate with Maintenance team to minimize machine downtime and improve equipment availability.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce defects, wastage, and process losses.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly production reports and performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to productivity, quality, cost reduction, and process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.
• Support new product development, trial runs, and process improvements whenever required.
• Train and develop team members to improve operational efficiency and skill levels.
