Job summary

Veradigm is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to join our healthcare technology team in India. You will confirm client enrolment details in systems management, ensuring accuracy and timely responses to inquiries, and document outcomes for audit trails.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and up to 2 years of relevant experience, with a focus on high-quality client service. This role involves on-call and after-hours work during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0-2 years relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides high quality service to our clients in an accurate, efficient, and professional manner.
• Responds timely to client cases, e-mails and voice mail messages.

Job Summary:

Education:

Work Experience:

0-2 years relevant work experience (Preferred)

Working Arrangements:

• Primarily works in standard office environment.
• On-call and after hours work during peak times including end of month/quarter/year; during this time PTO is limited to meeting business needs
