Veradigm is seeking a Payerpath Consultant to be the first line of support for customers, delivering expert assistance over the phone and ensuring a positive experience with our products.

You will participate in implementation and training, manage projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize client workflows. Hybrid work model offers growth and hands-on experience with healthcare technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Graduates with a B.Com, BCA, BSc, BA (with a strong interest in computers) are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of technical concepts and troubleshooting abilities will help you succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert telephone support to customers as first line of contact.
• Meet monthly revenue and productivity goals as per budget.
• Ensure client satisfaction and understanding post-implementation via NPS targets and post-EDI testing.
• Coordinate implementation projects and trainings for Allscripts applications and designated third party products.
• Analyze and escalate problems; liaise with other departments to resolve issues.
• Recommend integration of installed products into client workflows and processes.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Role Overview

We are seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our team as Payerpath Consultant. In this role, you will be the first line of support for our customers, providing expert assistance over the phone while making a difference in their experience with our products. Key Responsibilities

• Accountability – Working under supervision, encumbent requires assistance for tasks below.
• Productivity & Revenue Growth – Achieve monthly revenue and/or productivity goals as set by fiscal year budget.
• Quality Measures – Client Satisfaction & Client Comprehension post-imp – Meet or exceed the overall client satisfaction goals (as established by NPS targets and EDI calls post implementation).
• Implementation & Training to meet requirements as specified
• Manage assigned implementation projects and training of Allscripts applications and designated 3rd party products
• Analyze, resolve/escalate problems encountered by the team during the implementation of products and when appropriate interfacing to third party systems. This will include detailed issue escalation and resolution through interaction with other Allscripts departments and, where appropriate, the escalation of complex or system wide issues to the Implementation Manager.
• Provide recommendations to the client for integration of the installed products into the client’s workflow and processes.
• Technical Review
• Review test files (as appropriate) send and advise the client of findings/results.
• Test the system set-up to ensure basic system integrity
• Reporting/Documentation
• Maintain compliance with departmental metrics regarding documentation of the implementation process. Produce reports and/or documents as required
• Provide information, advice, guidance and updates throughout the implementation lifecycle to assist management to eliminate risks and increase the likelihood of project success
