Job summary

Veradigm is seeking an experienced training professional to provide top-tier technical training and support to customers and employees in India. The role emphasizes delivering effective education programs and maintaining high satisfaction levels.

You will lead education initiatives, manage training events, and deliver Veradigm application training across formats while collaborating with instructional designers and other teams to continuously improve the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical/business experience.
• 7+ years relevant work experience; 2-3 years at Senior level (Preferred).
• Track record of providing consistently excellent customer service.
• Fluency in English; local language where appropriate.

Job description

This position is responsible for providing the highest level of performance and satisfaction for Veradigm customers and employees through the delivery of effective, professional technical training and support.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing the highest level of performance and satisfaction for Veradigm customers and employees through the delivery of effective, professional technical training and support.

Essential Functions / Key Responsibilities

• Lead project teams focused on developing education and training programs
• Manage registration and scheduling for internal university-style training events
• Assist in developing training offerings that add value for clients and grow revenue streams for the department
• Define learning objectives, identify project staff, select appropriate technologies, and create course content
• Utilize e-learning tools to create web-based training courses
• Actively contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the training program
• Deliver application training to clients or employees in a classroom, online (virtual classroom), via telephone, or at the client's site
• Present seminars or workshops for Veradigm applications
• Present at user group meetings or national conventions on various applications
• Deliver all core and advanced application training sessions, as specified in the training curriculum, for Veradigm applications to clients and/or employees independently
• Manage expectations, provide escalation pathways, and document resolution of any issues arising during a class session
• Work with instructional designers, implementation team members, other training specialists, and other departments to identify training needs, participate in course development, and present topics as needed
• Travel to remote offices or client sites to deliver training
• Perform Veradigm time reporting and billing processes
• Meet and/or exceed acceptable productivity standards
• Demonstrate and support Veradigm's core values
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical/business experience (Required)

Experience

• 7+ years relevant work experience; 2-3 years at the Senior level or equivalent (Preferred)
• Track record of providing consistently excellent customer service (Required)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Basic understanding of the US healthcare market and the Veradigm customer base
• Strong written, oral, and presentation skills for audience-appropriate delivery
• Strong time management skills to manage competing priorities and high-volume requests
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to rapidly learn new software to support learning development and delivery
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks
• Veradigm product knowledge preferred
• Fluency in English (verbal and written); fluency in local language where appropriate

Working Arrangements & Travel

• Standard work week, or as defined by assignment requirements
• Primarily office-based or remote
• May require after-hours, on-call support and/or holiday coverage
• On-call and after-hours work during peak periods (end of month/quarter/year); PTO may be limited during these times to meet busiess needs
