Responsibilities

• Write politically sharp and narrative-based content across Instagram posts, Reels scripts, captions, carousel content, and blogs
• Create scroll-stopping Instagram posts, Reels scripts, captions, and carousel content
• Collaborate with designers and video editors for visually appealing content
• Research trends, hashtags, and viral formats to maximize reach
• Optimize content for engagement and virality using dashboards & analytics (Meta Insights, etc.)
• Use Google Sheets, Docs, and PowerPoint for planning and presenting ideas
• Incorporate SEO, AI tools, and creative storytelling

Requirements

• 2–5 years in content writing, social media, or journalism
• Strong storytelling, tone adaptation, and audience engagement skills
• Deep understanding of Instagram trends, viral formats & short-form content
• Dashboard & analytics knowledge for performance tracking
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
