Job summary

Kasturi Creations in Faridabad, Haryana seeks an experienced Content Strategist to lead monthly content calendars across Instagram, YouTube, website, and paid campaigns. You will plan fashion collection launches, direct shoots, manage briefs, and ensure on-brand messaging in English and Hindi.

You will coordinate with designers, videographers, and marketing teams to produce engaging reels, carousels, stories, and ad creatives, while tracking performance metrics and maintaining content archives

Qualifications

• Ownership of content calendars and campaigns.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Proven ownership of content calendars and campaign planning.
• Strong understanding of Instagram trends, Reels, carousels, and short-form video.
• Excellent English and Hindi copywriting skills.
• Hands-on experience with Canva and CapCut; Adobe knowledge is a plus.
• Experience directing shoots and coordinating designers, videographers, and creative teams.
• Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Portfolio or links to previously managed accounts and campaigns are mandatory.
