Futran Solutions in Hyderabad is seeking an Engineering Recruiter to connect top engineering talent with exciting career opportunities. You will manage end-to-end recruitment across Manufacturing, Aerospace, Electrical, and Mechanical domains.

The role requires 1–5 years of relevant experience, strong sourcing and interviewing skills, and a proactive, candidate‑focused approach to build a robust talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline;Engineering background is a plus.
• 2–5 years of experience in Engineering or Non‑IT recruitment.
• Hands‑on experience recruiting for Manufacturing, Aerospace, Electrical, and Mechanical roles.
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast‑paced environment.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with strong negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
