Job summary

SculptSoft Private Ltd. is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager in India to lead a cross-functional team across frontend, backend, mobile apps and AWS cloud infrastructure.

You will drive technical delivery, architecture, and releases, while mentoring engineers and ensuring robust CI/CD, testing, and production reliability. The role requires hands-on expertise in Python and at least one frontend or mobile stack, plus experience with SaaS/B2B products, microservices, and monorepo setups.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Engineering Management experience, leading teams of 5+.
• Strong hands-on experience in at least two: Python, React/TypeScript, iOS, or Android.
• Experience with SaaS/B2B platforms, microservices, and monorepo architecture.

Experience with SaaS/B2B platforms, microservices, and monorepo architecture.

Knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, and Alembic.

Good to Have

CI/CD, Docker, and SOC 2 compliance.

Mobile offline-first architecture and data synchronization.

Industrial, field services, or asset management domain experience.
