Qualifications

• 12-15 years of professional experience in software engineering and management.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, and React.js.
• Deep understanding of Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Proven experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems and Relational Databases (SQL/PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like GitLab CI/CD and security scanners (SonarQube, Trivy).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Prior experience in product-based companies is highly preferred.
