Job summary

Avantel in India seeks a welding specialist to lead sequence planning, process development, and standards compliance across multiple welding methods. You will optimize procedures, prepare WPS/PQRs, and ensure product quality aligns with customer specifications.

Ideal candidates possess hands-on expertise in GTAW, GMAW, SMAW, SAW and related processes, with a track record of reducing defects and improving efficiency in manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Proficient in welding sequence planning and optimization.
• Experience in welding process development and implementation.
• Familiar with welding standards and codes (ASME, AWS, ISO, MIL).
• Skilled in WPS, PQR, and WPQR preparation and qualification.
• Expertise in GTAW, GMAW, SMAW, SAW and related welding processes.
