Job summary

Sreeramagiri Management Services in Tamil Nadu seeks a Welding Engineer with 6-10 years of experience to lead welding quality and process development. You will prepare WPS/PQR/WPQ per ASME/AWS/ISO, validate weld procedures, and oversee qualification tests.

You will design jigs/fixtures, calibrate gauges, and supervise GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, SMAW processes, plus GD&T drawing reviews, PWHT, and QA/QC/NDT root-cause analysis, while coordinating cross-functional teams. Tamil language proficiency required.

Qualifications

• BE in Mechanical or Metallurgy
• 6–10 years welding engineering experience
• AWS CWI/CSWIP 3.1-3.2/IWE certification
• Hands-on with GMAW/FCAW/SMAW/GTAW welding processes
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Tamil speaking required

Responsibilities

• Prepare WPS/PQR/WPQ per ASME/AWS/ISO
