Flextronics - The Flex Company in Chennai is seeking a Senior Engineer - Testing to lead shift activities and resolve complex test issues. The candidate will work with global teams to ensure quality in NPI and production, leveraging knowledge of Chroma ATEs, power product testing platforms, and automation setups.

The role requires hands-on experience with Chroma, Sinvo, Guanjia, and related test equipment, along with coordinating yield and downtime improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Min 5+ years of similar experience.
• Strong experience in Chroma ATEs.
• Strong experience in Power product testing platforms.
• Experience with automatic/manual M/C setup and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Chroma, Sinvo and Guanjia test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Handle overall shift activities and report to supervisor.
• Provide solutions for process-related and test issues with the global team/customer support to ensure quality in NPI and production.
• Coordinate with process & production for yield and quality improvements.
• Maintain factory-targeted yield, downtime and failure percentage.
• Oversee test equipment like Chroma Hi-Pot, Power meter, and programmable sources; manage ECN implementation.
