Job summary

Amara Raja Infra(ARIPL) is seeking a capable Tender Estimation professional to handle cost estimation for Electrical and ELV works in Hyderabad. You will process project proposals, prepare BOQ-based cost estimates, take offs, and coordinate with vendors for quotes and evaluations.

Key tasks include attending techno-commercial meetings, comparing technical and commercial offers, and driving vendor selection. Strong MS Excel skills and clear communication with project teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in EPC tenders and cost estimation.
• Understanding BOQ and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Processing of Project Proposals, Tender Estimation & Costing for Electrical and ELV works.
• Understanding customer requirements and specifications of EPC and Item rate tenders.
• Preparing the cost estimates based on the BOQ & specifications.
• Quantity take off, prepare BOQ and rate analysis for EPC tenders.
• Floating enquiries, calling for vendor quotes, vendor offer evaluation.
• Attending techno commercial meeting for Electrical work with the customer, consultant & PMC.
• Preparing technical & commercial comparisons for various items.
• Vendor negotiation & selection.
• Arrange for internal kick off meeting after award of job.
• Hand on practice in the Microsoft excel
• Effective communication with the project team give me key skills
