Job summary

ReSource Pro in Bengaluru is seeking an Engineer for Technology Operations to help manage and optimize our client networks. You will review escalated tickets, assist with new client integrations, and support the day-to-day reliability of our connectivity across client sites.

The role emphasizes network performance, security monitoring for ISO 27001 objectives, and hands-on evaluation and deployment of LAN/WAN and Internet technologies, with formal knowledge-sharing and training under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Customer Support & Troubleshooting - 40% Review escalated network support tickets and handle first line of network troubleshooting.
• Network Operation - 20% Follow networking procedures to perform day-to-day operational activities to maintain the stability of the ReSourcePro networking infrastructure and connectivity to clients, including routine preventive measures and necessary network configuration backup on time.
• Network Performance and Security - 20% Monitor the daily network performance, availability, and security to pro-actively discover and resolve issues and support the ISO 27001 security monitoring objectives.
• Technology Implementation and Training - 20% Provide support in evaluating and implementing network technologies under the supervision of the Supervisor. Install, configure, evaluate and document LAN, WAN, and internet technologies to meet business network initiatives. Provide support in conducting network knowledge training and contribute to knowledge management process.
