Job summary

Eaton Technologies Pvt Ltd seeks an experienced engineer to own SSA evaluation and closure, resolving supplier technical issues, and acting as the divisional SPOC for multiple sites. You will monitor QMS KPIs and scale CI/digital initiatives across sites.

The role involves leading supplier audits, coordinating with managers and SQEs, and driving corrective actions with evidence while enabling continuous improvement and customer-focused outcomes across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years in Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, Supplier Development, supplier audits.
• Minimum 4 years in Supplier process audits, Internal audits.

Responsibilities

• Assist on SSA queries, review SSA forms, run kickoff with suppliers, identify gaps and risks.
• Ensure corrective actions are verified with supplier evidence.
• Maintain SSA documentation per QMS procedures.
• Coordinate with Commodity Managers, Buyers, SDEs, and SQEs to clarify SSA requirements.
• Lead Level-2 projects to improve operational effectiveness.
• Understand customer requirements to deliver solutions.
• Serve as SPOC for multiple sites/divisions and lead customer review meetings.
• Support SSA training for suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist QMS initiatives and change management for the process.

Job description

What you ll do:

Experienced engineer accountable for SSA evaluation/closure; resolving supplier technical/system issues; functioning as divisional SPOC; leading operational reviews; monitoring QMS KPIs; and scaling CI/digital initiatives across multiple sites.

• "1.Assist on queries related to SSA request, review SSA request form, kick off meeting with suppliers, evaluate SSA questionnaires submitted by suppliers, identify gaps, risk and opportunities in supplier process by validating objective evidences received from suppliers.
• 2. Ensure corrective actions are implemented and verified through supplier provided evidence.
• 3. Maintain SSA documentation in compliance with Eaton QMS procedures.
• 4. Coordinate with Commodity Managers, Buyers, SDEs, and SQEs to clarify requirements and resolve issues related to specific SSA
• 5. Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lead Level-2 projects to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency
• 6.Clear understanding upon customer requirements to deliver the solutions
• 7.Act as SPOC for multiple sites /Division and lead the customer review meeting
• 8.Support to drive SSA training for suppliers Internal stakeholders
• 9.Assist QMS initiatives and change management for the process

Qualifications:

Bachelor s Degree (BE/B.Tech)/ Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Automotive / Production / Industrial
