Job summary

Eaton Group is seeking an Experienced SSA Specialist responsible for evaluating and closing SSA requests, resolving supplier technical issues, and acting as the SPOC across multiple sites. You will drive QMS-aligned SSA processes, assist with supplier questionnaires, and coordinate corrective actions with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong auditing background, experience with ISO/IATF standards, and a track record of improving supplier performance and process compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead SSA evaluation/closure and resolve supplier issues across sites
• Coordinate with Commodity Managers, Buyers, SDEs and SQEs to clarify SSA requirements
• Ensure corrective actions are implemented and verified with supplier evidence
• Maintain SSA documentation per Eaton QMS procedures
• Lead customer review meetings as SPOC across divisions/sites
• Drive SSA training for suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Support QMS initiatives and change management for processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement and Level-2 projects

Job description

What you’ll do:

• Experienced engineer accountable for SSA evaluation/closure; resolving supplier technical/system issues; functioning as divisional SPOC; leading operational reviews; monitoring QMS KPIs; and scaling CI/digital initiatives across multiple sites.


• \"1.Assist on queries related to SSA request, review SSA request form, kick off meeting with suppliers, evaluate SSA questionnaires submitted by suppliers, identify gaps, risk and opportunities in supplier process by validating objective evidences received from suppliers.\"


• \"2\\. Ensure corrective actions are implemented and verified through supplier provided evidence.\"


• \"3\\. Maintain SSA documentation in compliance with Eaton QMS procedures.\"


• \"4\\. Coordinate with Commodity Managers, Buyers, SDEs, and SQEs to clarify requirements and resolve issues related to specific SSA\"

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (BE/B.Tech)/ Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics/Automotive/Production/Industrial


• \"1.Minimum 8~10 years of experience in, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, Supplier Development , Supplier audits. 2\\. Minimum 4 years of Experience in Supplier process audits, Internal audits.\"
