ZF Group in India is seeking a Deputy Manager - Maintenance (m/f/d) to lead maintenance activities for CNC, PLC, and SPM based machinery at Mahindra World City, India. The role focuses on quick resolution of breakdowns, audits of maintenance practices, and implementation of preventive/condition-based maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• Coordination of activities for quick resolution of machine breakdowns.
• Maintenance knowledge in CNC, PLC, SPM based machines and assembly Test rigs.
• CNC Spindle and Ball screw assembly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Root cause analysis for breakdown and take corrective action (TPM).
• Carrying out audits for proper maintenance of machine and provide necessary guidance.
• Implement PM, TBM & CBM activities as per plan.
• Maintain machine history, preventive maintenance records.
• Instruments calibration, Spare part planning. Provide resource of Men, Material and tools. Recondition machines, when required. Installation and erection of new machines and Equipment.
