Job summary

Hypro Group is looking for a Project Sales professional in Pune District, India. The candidate will be responsible for promotional activities, customer coordination, and relationship management. A B.E Chemical degree with 3-5 years of experience in relevant fields like EPC for Breweries or Pharma is preferred. Skills in communication and multitasking are essential. The position involves site visits, proposal submissions, and updating the customer database using ERP-SAP B1.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably with EPC companies.
• Ability to coordinate and manage customer relationships effectively.
• Travel- Continuous.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites for product promotions.
• Acknowledge sales enquiries and build customer relationships.
• Evaluate customer requirements and ensure timely proposal submissions.
• Coordinate with team members to address technical queries.
• Maintain and update customer database.

Role

Project Sales, Promotional activities, Customer coordination

Job Responsibilities

• Visit to customer site for product promotions
• Sales Enquiry acknowledgement & building customer relationship
• Evaluation of customer
• Ensuring timely Proposal Submission to customers (co-ordinating with concern team members)
• Ensuring Technical queries are answered on time (co-ordinating with concern team members)
• Follow ups for proposal submission (with concern team members)
• Maintain and update customer database – ERP – SAP B1
• Handling Customer Visits
• Customer Relationship Management
• Support the marketing manager in delivering agreed activities
• Market Survey
• Growth Forecasting
• Company Presentations
• Discussions with customer up to finalisation stage

Education & Experience

• B.E Chemical having 3-5 yrs of experience.
• Relevant Field (preferred) –EPC companies for Breweries, Fruit processing, Beverage, Pharma)
