• Manage procurement and availability of MRO items
• Identify and source spares, consumables, and indirect materials for plant needs
• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for requirements planning
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure critical spares availability
• Track consumption trends and optimize stock levels to reduce cost
• Develop and manage vendor base for MRO supplies
• Ensure timely PR/PO creation and follow-up for material delivery
• Maintain records of MRO items, usage, and inventory in ERP system
• Support preventive and breakdown maintenance with quick material supply
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements
