Job summary

Privi is seeking a store and materials coordination professional to support a 24/7 plant, overseeing engineering stores and material control. You will manage SAP-based orders, ensure accurate billings, and maintain organized material racks while driving continual QMS/EMS improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing inventory and stores in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Ability to coordinate with engineering and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordination of Engineering stores, establishing systems to control materials and spares to support a 24/7 operational plant
• Ordering and control of materials using SAP
• Control refurbishment work process for all spare parts, overhauls and repairs
• Improve the control of deliveries for engineering and production materials, to avoid lost or missing critical items that may affect production
• Maintain House keeping and keep all materials on approved rack.
• Timely checking of bills of suppliers & raising the PRs. On time clearance of incoming Receipts
• All materials to be check and count physically and ensure with party challan. If any deviation found than inform to HO
• Ensure continual improvement of QMS & EMS and Comply with defined procedures.
• Ensure effective performance management review (for Goal setting, Quarterly, half yearly & annually) and feedback to team .
• Performance review of Team
• Training Identification and imparting On job trainings
• Develop People competency by way training, coaching & mentoring in coordination with HR
